Been listening to your podcast for over a year, and I just want to express my deepest gratitude. I have been through a lot of releasing relationships in the past few years. It has been one of the most painful times in my life; however, because of you I feel like I have guidance to start and that Im not alone even though I often feel lonely and don't like to burden others with what i am growing through. Thank you for always placing various perspectives in your episodes. That last visualization was extremely helpful and I think I will incorporate that when Im feeling low. May you always be spiritually blessed and protected. Thank you for sharing your gifts and knowledge and helping those around the world.

Dr Thema, I showed up like myself since I was a little tiny child. My mother hated me before I was even born! She put me down and ridiculed me for being kind, gentle, quiet. She told lies about me every time anyone said anything nice about me. Then, as an adult, I was mocked and made fun of because I developed an accent. To this day people discriminate me even though I'm an American and my father served in n the Marines for over 40 years! My behavior, my work ethics, my honesty, my kindness, compassion and respect for others doesn't make a difference! I'm 60 years old already! What do I do?

Dr Thema, I'm 60yro, I gave 47 years of my life, to love and take care of a narcissistic woman who hated me before I was even born. 29 of those 47 years, I even took care of both her and her bigot, alcoholic and drug addict husband. I witnessed this woman stabbed people right in front of me as a young child. I was mentally, physically and sexually abused also. In 2021 after expressing to this woman in a calm, respectful way something horrific she'd just done to me, she grabbed me by the collar, pinned me against the wall and grabbed a knife to stabbed me. It took me 11 months to sell whatever little I had left, sell my brand new truck and bought a passenger van and converted it into an RV and I have been homeless ever since regardless of working hard and saving every penny I can! I have never smoked, done drugs nor drink alcohol. The information you give here in my experience is 100% true and scary accurate. I had not been depressed in over 30 years and a sequence of resent events took me completely out of balance mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally, I have lost all my desire to go on. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this compassionate and loving way to help people like me. Thank you 🙏
